On Tuesday 19 December, the Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Health and Care Partnership Transformation Board will take place at 2pm at the Trelawney Room, New County Hall, Truro, and members of the public are welcome to come along and listen to the discussion.

Plans for an Integrated Care System

Developing an Accountable Care System (ACS) for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is not about privatising the NHS, this is simply a way of bringing together the network of existing statutory health and care providers and commissioners, to work together, to improve care across the whole system, and supporting frontline staff to do what is in the best interests of local citizens rather than individual organisations.
