NHS Cornwall colouring competition

Terms of entry

1. This competition runs from 12 April 2021 until 12pm midnight on 30 September 2021.
2. This competition is open to children aged under 16 years at 30 September 2021, who are UK residents. Children of Cornwall NHS organisation employees, its partners and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, including their immediate families, are not eligible for prizes.
3. A winner will be chosen between 1 October 2021 and 15 October 2021.
4. To enter the competition entrants must colour in the picture, take a photo and either:
   • post on Instagram tagging #colour111 #NHSCornwall
   • photograph or scan the completed picture and email to: rcht.communication@nhs.net
   • post the completed picture and send to: NHS 111 colouring competition, communications office, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Bedruthan House Truro, Cornwall TR1 3LJ

   Instagram posts must be made by the parent or guardian for those under 13 years old.

5. The name, email address or contact number of the parent or carer must be used to complete the submission on the entry. Only the child’s first name, age and location (town or city) should be shared with the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust.
6. The prize winner will be selected via a random draw between 1 October 2021 and 15 October 2021. Entrants may submit more than one entry.
7. The winner will be notified via direct message, email or post within 14 days from the date of the draw. The winner will need to respond to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, we reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. The winner will receive one prize. The prize is an Apple iPad.
9. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. We reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
11. In the event of a dispute, our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. We are entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules are adhered to. We reserve the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify participants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the competition has taken place.
13. We reserve the right to alter, cancel or delay this competition without notice.
14. We respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data including without limitation the EU Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you provide personal data to us in connection with this competition, we will only process it in connection with the competition, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it.
15. Participants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. Competition subject to English law and jurisdiction.
